Make Every Day a Good Day

Cereal. That’s all it takes. If you didn’t have breakfast today, shame on you. Breakfast is amazing. I have been building a collection of different cereals. It seems like every time a family member is in Seattle or I’m in Spokane, I am shopping and always pick up a cereal. As of right now I have nine cereals in my room arranged by box size: Cheerios, Cap’n Crunch, Frosted Flakes, Honey Nut Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Shredded Wheat, Frosted Mini-Wheats, raisin Brand, and Life. It’s a beautiful thing. I have a wide enough array to where I can choose a healthy start, such as Cheerios or Shredded Wheat, a healthy kick start, Honey Nut Cheerios, Frosted Mini-Wheats, a really high fiber start, Raisin Brand, a classic start, Life, or a turbo charge, Frosted Flakes, Cap’n Crunch, Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The dynamics of mood, hunger, and how many hours of class in a day delineate which cereal to choose for that day. However it goes, cereal has become a delight in the day of Jeff.
